Situated in the Airport-City industrial park and following HP/Mercury projects designed by the office, this building was created specifically for MIRS Communications, which today is a part of the HOT Mobile Telecoms Provider.

The space presents 10,000 sqm of office, research and development spaces, amenity spaces, an underground parking lot and more. A central five floor high atrium is the project’s main design feature which connects the two wings of the building with bridges.
