Mekorot, Israel National Water Company headqurter resides in a outdated 1950’s office building in Tel Aviv. Mann-Shinar design proposes a new 30 story, 50,000 sq.m. mixed-use complex over the original base along Lincoln Street. A pedestrian axis is integrated in the lower floors, connecting the street with adjacent park.
