This competition-winning project transformed the old Egged bus and train transport hub in the outskirts of Haifa, Israel into an updated urban mix-use complex. The existing bus station on the ground floor was incorporated into the new design, with the floors above presenting brand new 300,000 sqm of public spaces including retail, hotel, workplace and residential units.

The hub is well connected to the adjacent train station (also designed by the firm), as well as to neighboring projects and the Haifa waterfront.
