This competition-winning project transforms the old Egged Bus Terminal at the Southern entrance to Haifa, by the Carmel Beach into an updated Transportation Hub interconnected with the adjacent Rail Station.

The design incorporates the existing bus station, developing above it a 300,000 sqm mixed-use urban complex with a wide variety of retail and commercial spaces, hotel, offices, and residential buildings. The development allows for built public spaces such as educational and sport facilities, as well as stepped public plazas and bridges providing for one of a kind views to the nearby oceanfront.
