A new office complex in the industrial area of the city of Ra’anana, Israel. The project consists of two interconnected wings with an area of 21,000 sqm and 29,000 sqm respectively, all of which sits above a 45,000 sqm underground parking lot.

The main exterior design motive presents a layered facade with a “green grid” of open-air decks with planters, serving both as recreation area for employees as well as a living ‘brise-soleil’ screen against direct sun radiation.

Due to use of glass as a main material and a fair coloured concrete as a structural base, the interiors are light filled, providing the space with a spacious and airy atmosphere.
