Following the recent and future planning of the light-rail system in Jerusalem, a number of intensive projects will be developed along the train routes. This project aims to revive the underdeveloped location of Denia Square in Beit HaKerem neighborhood.

The plan proposes a 32-story residential building, which sits above a two-floor indoor commercial and public space. The tower design is inspired by the Jerusalem traditional ‘lacework”, here to be found in a more contemporary interpretation.
