A 120 unit residential complex with top level penthouses and street-side commercial venues, as well as public school grounds and a neighborhood park developed for the Hacham Group. The project is located in the heart of the up and coming Montefiore Neighborhood, alongside the central Ayalon Highway allowing for a façade widely viewable to the general public.

Montefiore is the old industrial area at what was once the edge of Tel Aviv,  now turned into the intense CBD of Tel Aviv with tens of highrises in development. Within such intensity, the project allows a village style human scale development, to be highly coveted in the near future in its small street culture. The design is based on the existing industrial structures, a lattice of columns and beams, constrcuted in a light pigment concrete, in between floor to ceiling glass and wooden screen panels creating for a light westcoast appearance for a young crowd to host.
