A designated 50,000 sq.m. complex for various Israeli Navy functions, yet to become a major civic building in future. This unique structure is situated on the water edge of Haifa port, visible from most of the urban area above. Special attention is given to its exterior "folded" metal skin including its highly exposed roof scape.

In collaboration with the offices of  "Modulog" - David Shlasky, and Dorod Tzuf - Eli Zlberberg Architects.
