This is an urban design and masterplan for a new neighborhood connecting the city of Hadera with Beit Eliezer. The proposed plan includes approx. 7,000 apartment units in a variety of structures such as 20 story towers, 5-6 story walkups, corner apartment buildings, and semi- detached housing. within the heart of the project, covering an approx. area of 2,500 dunams (625 acres), a new central park for Hadera has been designed with all of the educational and public facilities located along its perimeter.
