the 144 dwelling unit neighborhood is designed to form a nearly continuous facade along the four surrounding streets of the block. The inner parking road, on the other hand, is lined mostly with 2 story semi-detached private houses, each with its own small yard. Narrow pedestrian alleys connect the interior of this cluster with the peripheral buildings. The corner structures, with an emphasized circular "tower", create a unique feature on each street corner.
